We usually go for the "Economy" class, One or two star hotels

Our travels mean that we are only looking for somewhere to lay our heads for the night. We don't need bars and expensive restaurants, in fact hotels without a bar tend to be quiet and peaceful

What we look for in a hotel
  • Reasonable price
  • Parking
  • Comfortable clean room
  • No hassle.
  • No over the top facilities
  • Easy road access
  • Good breakfast
IBIS is one of our favourites
  • Good value, particularly at weekends
  • Parking nearby
But I'm afraid I have to mention that their booking website does not let you look for just Ibis.
